Every Member is an Ambassador
The National Fireworks Association is dedicated to the preservation of our rights to responsibly use and enjoy fireworks.  As a member of the NFA, it is your responsibility to utilize proper safety precautions when using fireworks and to ensure that those around you do so as well.  To this end, our members support the education of the general public in the safe use of fireworks.

Members and member companies are encouraged to disseminate information on the safe use of fireworks, and display companies are encouraged to follow standard guidelines and train their technicians in the proper techniques for the handling and discharge of display fireworks.  Ask your friends and other fireworks enthusiasts to join the organization and get involved with the issues.

The misuse of fireworks which results in accidents hurts all of us and threatens our liberty.

If you haven't already done so, Join now!

Every Member a Lobbyist
Simply, we are regulated by the government.  It is a well-known fact that politicians respond to correspondence and calls from their constituents.  Members should read the newsletter and stay abreast of ongoing issues.  The agencies which regulated us respond to calls from the people who control their budgets.  Working together and making our concerns known to our legislators will do more than all of the litigation and lobbying done by any organization.

Register to vote and use that vote at every opportunity.  Contribute to the candidates and parties that best represent this philosophy.

This is the way to influence your legislators to support you.  With hard work and activism we will maintain our cherished freedoms.
