IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FOREIGN COMPANIES ATTENDING THE 2008 EXPO

Due to increased costs in sending The Letters of Invitation for your company personnel to attend the Expo, we will no longer write the invitation letters after August 1st, 2008 for this year’s event.  Furthermore, all additional letters requested after two letters have been mailed will have a fee of $50 per letter assessed.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please be sure to list all persons you wish to invite on the first letter.

2008 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL UPDATE

I am proud to say that the membership renewals have come in quickly and we are continuing to gain new members.  THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE A DONATION ALONG WITH THEIR RENEWAL.  No amount is ever too small and we greatly appreciate the support.

If you have not renewed your membership, please do so immediately.  As of March 31, 2008 your names will be removed from our records and your newsletters will stop.

If you have not renewed your ChemTel records and you want the service you must do so immediately.  As of March 31, 2008 only those members who have updated their records are covered.
